Shipping & Return

DELIVERY TIME
For UK delivery, we aim to deliver within 3-4 days. For international orders, this may take up to one week to allow for the additional shipping time. Some of our jewellery is customised by our designers or will be made from scratch once ordered - for these items delivery times may take longer. Please get in touch with us if you have specific questions.

SHIPPING
We offer free worldwide shipping. Please note that it is your responsibility to pay for any duties or taxes that are applicable in the country of entry.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days after the products were received at your end.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that earrings cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us on customercare@songofjewellery.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  If you are shipping items over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item or wish to return a defective item, please send us an email at customercare@songofjewellery.com. You will not be charged for shipping costs involved for exchanging a defective product.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customercare@songofjewellery.com.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

CURRENCY AT CHECKOUT
The currency at checkout is Great British Pounds. While we may show prices in different currencies depending on from which country you are visiting our website, the final payment is processed in Great British Pounds.
